We believe the cost of a retreat should be as clear as the rest of the journey. Our pricing is all-inclusive of your time on the land: lodging, all your meals, every ceremony, the supporting rituals, and the preparation and integration that hold the whole experience. What you arrange separately is simply your travel.
The retreats and rates
Every retreat includes the ZiruYai Companion: one preparation call before you travel and three integration calls after, an optional private group, full travel and preparation support, and a growing library of resources, free to everyone who sits with us (coming soon). If you would like to be held more closely, you can add deeper one-to-one support with Miranda Vires, arranged directly through her practice.

Reserving your place
Groups are kept small and intentional, so places are limited and tend to fill ahead of each date. Every journey begins not with a payment but with a consultation, so we can make sure the retreat and the timing are aligned for you. Once that is clear, a deposit secures your place.
The investment is held in three simple steps: 25% at booking to reserve your place, a further 25% thirty days before the retreat begins, and the remaining balance on arrival, payable in US dollars or Colombian pesos. PayPal is our preferred method for the deposits.
Cancellations and changes
Life shifts, and sometimes the timing of a retreat must shift with it. The booking deposit is non-refundable, but it is never simply lost. If you cancel more than 60 days before your start date, the full amount you have paid transfers to another retreat date or to another qualified person of your choosing. Within 60 days of the retreat, 75% of what you have paid remains transferable in the same way. If you ever need to move your dates, talk to us as early as you can and we will do our best to find a way.
Why our pricing looks the way it does
This is not a luxury resort, and it is not the cheapest option either. What your investment supports is rare: authentic, indigenous-led ceremony in the birthplace of the medicine, an experienced team caring for a small group, and a way of working that sustains the taitas, their families and the forest. It also includes the preparation and integration that turn a powerful weekend into lasting change. You are paying for depth, safety and lineage, not amenities.
Ready to talk it through?
The honest next step is a conversation, with no pressure and no obligation. We will answer your questions, talk through timing, and only move forward if it feels right for you. When you are ready, reach out.
