Herbal baths

In herbal baths, the water becomes a river. It carries the wisdom of the flora through the body and harmonizes it.

The wisdom of the plants goes through our body to heal it

Water is medicine. Starting the day with a glass of this sacred liquid, aware of its revitalizing power, can change the flow of your daily life. Likewise, bathing with the intention of activating or relaxing the body, in addition to cleansing the physical body, can do both emotional and energetic work.

To enhance the power of water, it can be mixed with medicinal plants. By cooking them and putting our intention into this alchemy, the plants release their spirit and essence for our benefit. There are bitter plant baths that purify dense energies, and sweet baths that bless and open paths. There are also hot and cold baths used to alleviate physical ailments.

Each area has its own plants. When we arrive in the jungle, we bring an energetic charge that is different according to the energy of the place. Bathing with the plants born in that area helps to release that charge and connect with the area and its elementals. This harmonizes the spirit and prepares the body to receive the medicine.
